*Weekends in October, 2 night minimum.  First 2 weekends in October require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  -50% deposit required upon making reservation.
  -Deposit is refundable MINUS a $25 fee up until TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.  Reservations cancelled within two weeks prior to stay forfiet whole 50% deposit!
  -For Reservations Held 6 months or longer, cancellation policy as follows:
    Cancellation must be received minimum 8 weeks prior to arrival date to receive 50% deposit refund (less a $25 process fee.)
    No penalty for reduction in nights (MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS STILL APPLY) if request received earlier than 8 weeks prior to arrival
    If request for reduction in nights is received between 2-8 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a $30/night/room fee to drop nights.
    If request for reduction in nights is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a fee of 50% of EACH night dropped incurred.

*All rooms BASED ON TWO PERSONS, except two bedroom units-BASED ON FOUR PERSONS.  $15 extra per person/night for additional persons over the age of 12. 

*High Chairs and Pack and Plays (cribs) may be rented for a fee of $5/night

*Rollaways may be rented for $15/night
